RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Bijou Inc, we take great care in curating, inspecting, and packaging every product before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products and to maintain strict quality and hygiene standards, returns are strongly discouraged and generally not accepted.

- No-Return Policy
Bijou Inc follows a strict No-Return Policy.
Once an order has been confirmed and successfully delivered, returns or exchanges are not encouraged and will not be accepted, except under very limited circumstances as described in this policy.
This policy helps us:
- Maintain product quality and authenticity
- Prevent misuse of products
- Offer fair pricing to all customers
Customers are requested to review product descriptions, images, sizing details, and specifications carefully before placing an order.
- Limited Replacement Eligibility (Exception Cases Only)
A replacement (not return) may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
- The product received is physically damaged during transit
- The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered
Mandatory Conditions for Replacement Approval
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- A clear unboxing video (from sealed package to product) or supporting images must be provided
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the request.

- Refunds are not offered as a standard practice
- Refunds are considered only if a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability or other exceptional circumstances
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
Please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

- Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
- Bijou Inc reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity

By accepting delivery, the customer confirms that the product was received in acceptable condition unless reported otherwise within the specified timeframe.
